Andrew McDonald BSc Pod MChS HCPC registered.
I graduated from Queen Margaret University in 1996 with a BSc in Podiatric Medicine. I worked for NHS North Lanarkshire as well as NHS West Lothian for several years. This included working in health centre clinics, nursing and residential care homes as well as mental health care settings. I specialized in training care workers and nursing staff in foot care as well as working as a private chiropodist in Edinburgh.
I continue to develop my knowledge and skills to provide the best specialised and personalised footcare. I studied the level two in Dementia Awareness from NCFE as well as Transitions in Dementia Care at The University of Stirling. Additionally, I completed an MSc module from Queen Margaret University in Epidemiology in 2018. I continue to study in areas that can help the care and treatment of my customer’s footcare needs.
